If I were able to play from the fairway all day, those would probably work. However I always end up with funky lies, in the sand, and in the rough/waste so I am not sure if they will give me the traction I need. They would make great range shoes though.
I think they look pretty good. I’m sure your son will like them and they will work well for stability for a golf swing. If they cost a buck, the kid will like them whether he likes them or not!
Looks like they’d work well. I forgot my golf shoes in the garage last weekend and ended up having to wear my sneakers. After a hole went by, I forgot about it and I didn’t mind it at all. Point is, for me at least, as long as they are comfortable, thats all that really matters.
It they end up working out I think I might cut the strap off though, it’s kind of annoying already lol
